Search Tips & Examples

You can search property records using any of the following formats:

  • Owner Name: Enter last name or full name (e.g., Smith or John Smith).
  • Physical Address: Enter street or highway address (e.g., 123 N Main or Route 66).
  • Account Number: Enter the full account or last few digits (e.g., 050004966 or 4966).
  • Section-Township-Range (PLSS): Type standard Oklahoma legal descriptions (e.g., 12-11-22, 12-11N-22W, or SEC 12 11N 22W).
  • Township Wide: Search an entire 6×6-mile township by typing 11N-22W or T11N R22W.
  • GPS Coordinates: Search latitude and longitude (e.g., 35.29, -99.63).

As you type, matching properties appear instantly below the search bar. Tap any result to fly directly to that parcel.

Using the Map & Properties
  • Inspect Any Parcel: Click or tap any property on the map to open its details panel, showing owner name, mailing address, deeded acres, legal description, tax district, and school district.
  • View Full Property Report: Inside any parcel’s details panel, click “View Full Report” to view the Property Record Card with valuation breakdown and building improvements.
  • Map vs. Satellite View: Use the dropdown in the top-left to switch between standard road maps, high-resolution satellite photography, and terrain contours.
  • Find My Location (GPS): On phones and tablets, tap the crosshairs button near the bottom-left of the map to center on your current physical location and see whose property you are standing on.
  • Save to "My Parcels": Tap the star icon in the upper-left of any property info panel to bookmark it. Click the “My Parcels” button under the search bar at any time to quickly revisit your saved properties.
Neighbor Search (Radial Tool)

Easily find and list all neighboring landowners within a specific distance (ideal for zoning notices, right-of-way, agriculture, or title research):

  • Click on the subject parcel to open its information panel.
  • Click the “Radial Search” button.
  • Choose a preset radius (e.g. 300 ft, 500 ft, 1,000 ft) or enter a custom distance in feet.
  • The map will highlight your subject parcel in blue and all neighboring parcels within the radius in orange/red, displaying a full list of owners, mailing addresses, and acreages.
Sharing & Direct Links

Every parcel has a direct permalink:

  • When viewing a property, click the link icon in the top-right corner of the info panel to copy its direct URL to your clipboard.
  • You can paste this link into emails, text messages, or title documents so others open directly to the exact parcel you are viewing.
  • Your browser address bar also updates automatically as you click between parcels, so you can bookmark any property.
FAQs

Why does the map show an older owner or incorrect address?
Public map records are updated periodically from published county deed filings and assessor records. For official record changes or to update your mailing address, please contact your local county assessor's office.

Is this an official boundary survey or legal map?
NOT A LEGAL SURVEY: This map and its parcel boundaries are created solely for informational, tax mapping, and general reference purposes. It does NOT constitute a legal survey and does NOT replace a licensed boundary survey or legal title deed.

How do I report an issue or suggest an improvement?
Click the “Report / Suggest” button in the bottom-right corner of the screen to send feedback directly to our mapping team.
